1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services from N&L Cleaning Services, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, and vacation rental cleaning services.
We provide professional cleaning services including:

Residential cleaning

Deep cleaning
-
Move-in / Move-out cleaning
-
Vacation rental / Airbnb turnover cleaning

Commercial cleaning
Service details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Access

All services must be scheduled in advance.

Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not provided, a lockout fee may apply.
4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on property size, condition, and service type.

Prices may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from initial booking details.

Fifty payment upfront and balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen events.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure quality service, clients must:

Provide safe access to the property

Secure pets or notify us in advance

Remove or protect valuable and fragile items
-
Ensure utilities (water & electricity) are available
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us.

Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service

We will return to address any issues at no additional cost
8. Damage & Liability

We handle your property with care and professionalism

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Unsecured fragile or valuable items

Liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided
9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

Conditions are unsafe or hazardous

The environment poses health risks beyond normal cleaning scope
10. Supplies & Equipment

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment

If client supplies are used, we are not liable for any resulting damage.
11. Recurring Services

Recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) must be scheduled in advance

Changes require at least 48 hours notice
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your information is used only for:

13. Termination of Service
